Liberty Park is an incredible spot to sit and watch Salt Lake City's Pioneer Day firecrackers show, which go off in the park over the road, on the 24th of July. Enormous groups accumulate in the park on Sundays throughout the spring, summer, and late-summer for drum circles that last throughout the day. A variety of individuals, pets (fundamentally hounds), melodic instruments and move styles combine each Sunday at the park. A figure/wellspring models the Jordan River and its gulch tributaries. In the late spring youngsters can play in the drinking fountain.
